Triangle Polymer Nano Technologies

True materials innovation has come from creating smart materials that can deliver multiple solutions to address multiple needs. Polymer nanostructured fibers spun out of solvent are successfully electrospun in numerous applications for composite and textile products.

Crosslink JL Group has chemically synthesized and electrospun nanofibers of various metal oxides (M-OX) and created M-OX nano particles which are some of the most chemically and physically inert materials on earth.  This research and development has led to advancements in materials with previously unattainable properties in thermal management and fire protection, ballistics and medical applications.  M-OX nanofibers with nominal diameters of approximately 200 nm offer enhanced properties at extremely light weights that are currently not available in commercially available technologies.

Electrospinning of nanofibers

NanoScience Instruments and Fluidnatek have successfully manufactured electrospinning equipment from lab bench to roll - to roll, full production.
